Gujarat BJP MP Accused For Rape Now Alleges He Was Honey-trapped By That Woman


Gujarat’s BJP MP KC Patel who was accused in rape has now claimed being honey trapped by that woman at his residence at Ghaziabad, he alleged that she gave him a spiked drink and later filmed him in an objectionable manner.

According to reports, BJP’s Lok Sabha MP KC Patel from Gujarat’s Valsad file complaint yesterday, stating he  was honey-trapped by a gang led bya  woman and has been filmed him in an objectionable way. “Gang is being operated by a woman, who took me to a house in Ghaziabad and the gang has been blackmailing” Patel said.

Patel alleged that the woman gave him a spiked drink at the Ghaziabad residence and later filmed him in an objectionable manner. The woman later threatened to make the video clips viral if she was not paid Rs five crore.


A senior official from the police have confirmed the complaint. According to the MP, the woman approached him seeking his assistance. The MP said that he passed out soon after having the laced drink.  He told the police that he realised that he was honey trapped after he regained consciousness.

However, the woman had approached the court earlier seeking investigations claiming that police refused to register a case on her claims that the MP raped her in his official residence on 3 March when she went there on a dinner invitation. She has also alleged being sexually assaulted several times earlier by the Mr Patel. Although Patel refused, “These are all false allegations. I have full faith in law, I will cooperate with the investigation,” Patel said.

The woman responded to Patel’s remarks saying, the MP was trying to use his power to save himself. “He is making the allegations after I filed the complaint and court ordered investigations.” the woman said.

The police has registered an FIR has under section 384 (extortion) of the IPC and reportedly formed a special team to track down the gang members. From Primary investigations it’s revealed that the accused woman operated an active blackmailing racket and has many associates.

Sources said that the woman who run this gang in known for blackmailing, after filming in objectionable way she blackmail the men and demanded high paying jobs or money. She even threatened to file a rape case against them if they did not complied to her demands.
