An Indian national working in Kuwait as security guard was terminated by the company after his Anti-Muslim comment went viral on social media.

Mukesh Kumar who was employed in Al Lewaa security and maintenance  services company in Kuwait faced the brunt after he posted a religious discriminated, communal hatred and threatening comment on hate mongering and controversial BJP leader Raja Singh’s communal hatred video message which asked West Bengal Hindus to respond like 2002 Gujarat riots during which 2,000 Muslims were massacred.

Many Facebook users found the comment unacceptable and reported the company’s management after which he was terminated with immediate effect. The company’s management also said they’re handing the matter to Indian Embassy for further action.

Communal hatred speeches and posts on social media increased after communal clashes hit West Bengal’s Bashirat District on 1st July after a Hindu youth posted morphed image of Holy Kaaba and Prophet Muhammad. The juvenile was later arrested and sent to judicial custody.

Many BJP leaders were found sharing movie stills and old Gujarat riot images depicting as West Bengal riots. Mamata Banerjee blamed BJP for fueling communal violence in sensitive areas like Baduria and Bashirat where 6 police vehicles were torched and few shops were vandalised after Muslim protest turned violent post police lathicharge.
