Inhumane act : Kerala CPI(M) Cadres Throw BJP Worker’s 10-Month-Old Baby out of Car


Kerala : In a shocking and inhumane act,  an CPI(M) worker thrown a 10 month innocent kid out of car just because his father has a political diffrence from other.

According to source, A 10-month-old infant baby in Kerala’s Malappuram district became a victim of political difference on Tuesday(Dec-5). This came after CPI(M) workers allegedly attacked the baby’s father, a BJP member.

BJP worker name Suresh and father of the son Kashinath(infant), told the police that his son, who was sitting on his lap on the driver’s seat of their car, was pulled out and thrown on the road by three CPI(M) workers.


According to source The News Minute three CPM attackers are yet to be arrested, the police have registered a case against them under various sections of the IPC including 341, 324, 294 (B), 506 (II), 308, 392, and 427 read with section 34.

When reporter criticised police inaction, Tirur sub-inspector told reporters that the complainant’s statements have been recorded.

Alleging that the three CPI (M) workers were involved in other political clashes in the area, Suresh, father of victim, told reporter that the attack was totally unprovoked.

The 32-year-old victim alleged that when the attackers realized that i was with my infant son, they pushed the baby out of the car before attacking me.

Suresh, who is also a taxi-driver in Ernakulam said:

BJP worker cum Taxi driver Suresh and his baby were later taken to a hospital after Tirur police reached the spot. Kashinath has been admitted to Tirur district hospital since then.

Suresh and his family are now contemplating filing a complaint with the Child Rights Commission.

“We spoke to a Childline official about the attack and they instructed us to meet the Superintendents of Police (SP). We will soon file a written complaint,” Suresh said.
